Job details • Location: 145 FRONT ST E suite 105, Toronto, ON, M5A 1E3 • Salary: 69,000 to 73,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per Week • Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time • Day, Morning • Start date Starts as soon as possible • Benefits: Health benefits • Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certify+65cate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Responsibilities Tasks • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, • Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals, • Direct and control daily operations • Direct staff • Evaluate daily operations • Motivate staff • Plan and organize daily operations • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs • Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements • Manage training and development strategies • Oversee development of communication strategies • Oversee the preparation of reports • Advise senior management • Respond to employee questions and complaints • Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury Additional information Personal suitability • Excellent oral communication • Flexibility • Organized • Team player • Client focus • Efficient interpersonal skills • Reliability • Values and ethics • Ability to multitask Benefits Health benefits • Dental plan • Health care plan • Vision care benefits Who can apply to this job?
