Executive director - trade, broadcasting and other services Posted by Employer : HD PROTECTIVE SERVICES Job details • Location : 10 Milner Business Court, Suite 300, Scarborough, ON, M1B 3C6, Canada • Salary : 65.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week • Terms of employment : Permanent employment, Full time • Start date : Starts as soon as possible • Vacancies : 1 vacancy Overview • Languages : English • Education : Bachelor's degree • Experience : 3 years to less than 5 years • Budgetary responsibility : $100,001 - $500,000 Responsibilities ( Tasks ) : • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions Supervision : More than 20 people Experience and specialization • Computer and technology knowledge : MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word • Area of specialization : Operations management Additional information • Work conditions and physical capabilities : Fast-paced environment • Personal suitability : Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Team player, Initiative Who can apply to this job?
