Please refer to the job description provided below: Job Title: Human Resources Officer Wage Offered: $33.70 hourly Job Type: Full-time & permanent Language at work: English Work Experience Required: 1 year to less than 2 years Start Date: As soon as possible Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Position Available: 1 Job Location: #400 - 3115 12 STREET NE suite 13 Calgary, AB T2E 7J2 Job Description: • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements • Prepare and post notices and advertisements • Collect and screen applicants • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment • Review candidate inventories • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures • Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training • Provide information or services such as employee assistance, counselling and recognition programs • Recruit and hire staff How to Apply: resume@hexacontrol.ca
