Employers Name: Guru International Holding Inc. dba Guru Cellphone Repairs Work Location: 1006 Douglas St, Victoria, BC V8W 2C3, Canada Position: Cell Phone Technician Number of Vacancies: 1 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Year around Wage: $39.00 per hour for 40 hrs/week Language of Work: English JOB DUTIES: • Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, including cell phones, mobile radios, and related hardware • Configure operating systems and install software to enable internet or network access • Inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot device faults using schematics and technical tools • Adjust, replace, or repair defective components in mobile devices • Use computerized testing systems to identify issues, conduct service tests, and maintain accurate repair records • Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to service Android and iOS devices • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols • Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile technology, operating systems, and repair techniques • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Completion of Secondary School is required • Minimum 1- year relevant experience • Previous experience as a sales supervisor is an asset • Excellent communication skills • Must be customer service oriented • Ability to multi-task • Ability to effectively coach and mentor sales team members • Strong organization skills ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Ability to work and communicate with others, Ability to work under pressure Contact Information: Interested applicants can email their resumes at gurucellphonerepairs@gmail.com Thanks to everyone who applies however only those considered for an interview will be contacted.
