Business address: 101-1761 North Service Road East, Swift Current, SK, S9H3X6 Operating in: 101-1761 North Service Road East, Swift Current, SK, S9H3X6 Title of position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) Number of Positions: Two (2) Job duties: • Ensure food service and quality control • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Maintained inventory of food and supplies • Scheduled all team members • Took customer orders, ensuring orders were completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction • Ordered the products and supplies necessary to maintain adequate stock levels and keep merchandising levels at prescribed standards • Completed all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner • Keeping clean, neat and orderly sales counters, food prep areas, warehouse shelving, and walk-in coolers and freezers. • Maintain record of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage • Daily cash outs • Train new staff Wage: $18.00 per hour Duration/period of work: 2 years – Permanent. Full-time year round.
