Business address: 27066 Township Road 382, Red Deer, AB T4R 0T2 Operating: Red Deer Title of position: Electronic Service technician (NOC 22311) Number of Positions: (2) Job Duties: - Install, maintain and repair household and business electronic equipment, such as televisions, radios, video cassette recorders, stereo equipment, photocopiers, computers and peripherals - Inspect and test electronic equipment, components and assemblies using multimeters, circuit testers, oscilloscopes, logic probes and other electronic test instruments, tools and equipment. - Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults - Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment, assemblies and components following equipment manuals and schematics, using soldering tools and other hand and power tools - Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports - Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians Terms of employment: Full time year round work, 3 years Wage: $38.00 per hour Language: Basic ability to read, write & speak English Skills/Requirements: - Completion of a two- to three-year college program in electronics or - completion of a four-year apprenticeship program in electronic servicing and repair or - completion of high school or college courses in electronics and on-the-job training is required. - Able to work in remote Northern Communities - Class 5 Drivers License - Resume required - Reference available upon request Contact information: Betty Lou Rocheleau accounting@ramelectric.ca or; Kara Dyer, Beyond Borders Immigration Consulting. kara@beyondbordersimmigration.ca 1-306-599-9295
