Job Details: Location: 12451 82 Avenue, Suite 208, Surrey, BC, V3W 3E8, Canada Salary: $36.60 per hour Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible Overview: TCL Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to oversee and coordinate landscaping and grounds maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in landscape construction and maintenance. Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Punjabi is considered an asset. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience Work Setting: On-site position; work must be completed at the physical location (no remote work option) Outdoor work environment Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the planting and maintenance of trees, gardens, and lawns. Organize and direct landscaping activities and grounds maintenance operations. Schedule and assign work to crew members. Plan and oversee landscape construction projects. Estimate labour requirements and material costs. Maintain work records, logs, and reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies. Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and quality. Supervise workers who remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots. Assign snow removal tasks and make sure work is done on time. Check weather conditions and plan snow clearing schedules.
