Position: Cook (NOC 63200) Number of Positions: 2 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Educational Requirements: No formal education is required Job requirements: At least 2 years of experience is required Language Requirements: English Start date: ASAP Wage: $20.00 to $24.00/hour (depending on Experience) Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Benefits: - 4% vacation pay - Tips - Staff meal Job Duties: - Prepare food items and cook complete dishes. - Ensure that the food preparation area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shift. - Oversee kitchen operation and supervise helpers. - Train kitchen staff in preparation. - Maintain inventory and record accurate food and all the supplies. - May plan menus and costs based on food ingredients and monitor and order supplies.
