Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare and clean construction sites; remove debris and hazards. • Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment. • Assist skilled trades with basic tasks (carpentry, concrete, electrical, etc.). • Operate simple tools and equipment such as drills, saws, shovels, and compactors. • Mix, pour, and spread materials like concrete, gravel, and asphalt. • Set up and dismantle scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. • Follow safety rules, use PPE, and report hazards. • Perform demolition, sweeping, and site cleanup as needed. Skills Requirements • Physically fit; able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather. • Basic knowledge of tools; training can be provided.
