Marine Seafood in Delta, BC is looking for a Fish Processing Supervisor to work with our team. Title: Fish Processing Supervisor Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Salary: CAD 37.00 – CAD 38.00 per hour Working hours: At least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of vacation pay, extended benefits after 6 months Location: #204-6901 72 Street, Delta, BC V4G 0A2 Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience working with perishable products • Completion of secondary school education Main Duties: • Oversee, organize, and schedule the tasks of fish processing team • Develop strategies to collaborate with other departments to coordinate fish processing and preparation activities • Resolve work-related issues and suggest improvements to enhance fish processing productivity and quality of food product • Order necessary supplies • Train staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies • Compile and prepare production and other related reports How to apply: Please send your resume to marineseafood.hr@hotmail.com
