Mr. Sushi in Prince George, BC is looking for a Sushi Chef to work with our team. Title: Sushi Chef Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Salary: CAD 37.00 per hour Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation Location: 6491 John Hart Hwy, Prince George, BC V2K 3A4 Qualifications: • Completion of secondary school education • At least 5 years of commercial cooking experience Main Duties: • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations • Develop new recipes and menu concepts • Prepare and cook Japanese cuisine from the menu such as sashimi, sushi rolls, nigiris, special rolls, gyoza, teriyaki, katsu, udon, and etc. • Plan menu and determine food portions and size • Ensure to maintain high quality foods • Monitor and order supplies How to apply: Please send your resume to hr.mrsushi@hotmail.com
