Job Description
Hongda Limited, a manufacturer of flour-based products, is seeking a reliable and organized Production Coordinator to support daily factory operations. The successful candidate will coordinate production activities, ensure proper workflow between departments, and maintain efficient manufacturing schedules in a fast-paced food-processing environment. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, minimum one year of relevant experience, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. Responsibilities: Coordinate and organize daily and weekly production schedules. Ensure timely availability of flour, ingredients, and packaging materials. Monitor workflow across mixing, dough-processing, cutting, drying, and packaging lines. Prepare and maintain production records, inventory logs, and batch documentation. Communicate with supervisors and machine operators to resolve workflow issues. Ensure production meets quality and food safety standards. Assist with inspection of raw materials and finished products. Support training of new staff members in production procedures. Perform heavy lifting of flour bags and supply boxes when required. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Perform additional related duties as needed to support factory operations. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in production coordination, manufacturing, or food-processing. Ability to lift 20–25 kg (heavy lifting required). Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, or overtime shifts. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment with noise and standing for long periods. Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.
