BWS Manufacturing Ltd., a trailer manufacturer in Centreville NB, is looking for experienced Aluminum Welders / Fitters who can fi t and weld fabricated assemblies for the new aluminum production line. Permanent employment Full time 38 hours/week. Night shift and Week-end Start date: As soon as possible. Work site: 29 Hawkins Road, Centreville, province of New-Brunswick E7K 1A4 Canada Salary: Annualized salary, $4333/month, based on an average of 38 hours per week. You may be required to work more or less depending on production needs. Free parking available, Team building opportunities, Learning/training paid by employer Tasks: Operate GMAW equipment, read and interpret blueprints, examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and specifications. Works to budgeted hours. Understands and uses simple jigs and fixtures. Handling up to 30 lbs. Equipment: GMAW equipment, Mig welding, Brasing, Cutting Type of materials : Aluminum. Personal Suitability: Team player. Education: Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience. Requirements : Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program or a combination of three years of work experience in the trade. Quality Control Testing. To be eligible for trade certification. Language: English Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Face shield, Welding helmet Work Site Environment : Noisy, Hazardous material, Physically demanding. Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods. Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available.
