Start Date: As soon as possible Job Requirements Languages: English Education: Senior Secondary Education Required. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Reliability and Client Focus Specific Skills: • Oversee daily cleaning operations for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. • Supervise, train, and schedule cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow. • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning and sanitation standards. • Assign cleaning tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback or corrective action. • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment; place orders as needed. • Develop and implement cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures. • Coordinate with clients to understand cleaning needs, handle service requests, and resolve complaints. • Prepare work schedules and timesheets, and maintain staff attendance records. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource usage. • Plan deep-cleaning schedules, specialized cleaning projects, and seasonal maintenance. • Conduct hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of cleaning staff. • Maintain equipment in good working condition and coordinate repairs when required. • Prepare reports on operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. • Support business growth by identifying service improvements and efficiency opportunities. • Address customer complaints, negotiate the contract prices, and explain the services to clients.
