Company operating name: Murtac Enterprises Ltd./ North Battleford DQ Grill & Chill Business address: 1691 100th St North Battleford, SK S9A 0W5 Operating in: North Battleford, SK S9A 0W5 Title of position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) Number of Positions: Three (3) Job duties: • Ensure food service and quality control • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food • Maintained inventory of food and supplies • Scheduled all team members • Took customer orders, ensuring orders were completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction • Ordered the products and supplies necessary to maintain adequate stock levels and keep merchandising levels at prescribed standards • Completed all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner • Keeping clean, neat and orderly sales counters, food prep areas, warehouse shelving, and walk-in coolers and freezers. • Maintain record of stocks, repairs, sales and wasteage • Daily cash outs • Train new staff Wage: $15.50 per hour Duration/period of work: 2 years – Permanent. Full-time year round.
