BWS Manufacturing Ltd., a trailer manufacturer in Centreville NB, is looking for experimented Aluminum Welders for a new line of aluminum production. Welder who can fit and weld fabricated assemblies Aluminum alloys and Steel alloys too, in addition of the ability to lead and transmit information to a small team preferred. Annualized salary of $52,000, based on an average of 34,5 hours per week. Week-and and Night depending of the needs. You may be required to work more or less depending on production needs. The work is very demanding and requires attention to detail. As a conceptual thinker you are able to see things from a three dimensional perspective, are familiar with the useof fixtures and can read engineered drawings to be able to follow sequential steps always resulting in consistent product. In this role you need to have a keen eye and question the things that may not look right. To do this job successfully you need to be methodical, a team player, maintain a flow and always be thinking ahead. Having the ability to operate cranes, read prints, read tapes and complete required paperwork. We offer full time work, good benefits and a pension plan.
