Job Description

Location: Brampton, ON L6W 3R1 Salary: 29.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per Week Employment type: Permanent/Full time Day, Evening, Morning Start date: Starts as soon as possible vacancies: 1 vacancy Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Responsibilities/Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures Review and evaluate new administrative procedures Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met Carry out administrative activities of establishment Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence Perform data entry Resolve conflict situations Monitor and evaluate Oversee payroll administration Plan and control budget and expenditures How to apply In person 295 Queen St East Brampton, ON L6W 3R1 Between 02:00 PM and 06:00 PM
