Seoul Grill House in Surrey, BC is looking for experienced Head Chef. Name: Seoul Grill House Job Location: 15155 101 Ave suite 100, Surrey, BC V3R 7Z1 Job Position: Head Chef, Permanent position Wage and working hours: $38.46 per hour and 30 hrs per week (full time) Start date: as soon as possible Job Responsibilities: - Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities - Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards - Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and labour costs - Supervise activities of other chefs and cooks and other kitchen workers - Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events - Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs - Consult with clients regarding specialty functions Job Requirement: -3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation including some supervisory experience -Trades certificate or diploma -Able to communicate in English -Able to work weekend when needed If you are interested in applying for this position, please send your resume by e-mail to seoulgrillhousehr@yahoo.com
