Supervisor, Truck Drivers Permanent full-time employment Compass Transport Ltd. $40/ hour for 30 to 50 hours per week Early morning, evening, morning, night, on call, day, weekend Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: • 2 Languages: • English Education: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: • 1 year to less than 2 years Location: • 3397 84 St NE, Calgary AB T1Y 7H3 Work setting: • Supervision Tasks and responsibilities: • Prepare production and other reports • Recommend measures to improve work methods • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Train or arrange for training • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Recommend personnel actions • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Supervision: • 11-15 people Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi trailer trucks) Computer and technology knowledge: • MS Office Type of industry experience: • Trucking Security and safety: • Basic security clearance • Criminal record check Transportation/travel information • Valid driver's licence Personal suitability • Excellent oral communication • Excellent written communication • Flexibility • Organized • Team player Who can apply for this job?
