Job Description
“O Sushi” Japanese Restaurant located at 742 Granville Street. Vancouver is looking to hire an experienced full time Head Chef. Details are below. Position: Head Chef Working Condition: Full Time, Permanent, 30 hrs per week Wage: $38.46 per hour Work Location: 742 Granville Street Vancouver BC V6Z 1E4 Job Description: - Plan food preparation and cooking activities - Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards - Estimate amount and costs of supplies and food items and labour costs - Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests - Consult with clients regarding special events and functions - Supervise activities of chefs and cooks and recruit and hire staff Minimum Qualification Include: - 3 years of work experience in commercial food preparation including some supervisory experience - Available on evenings and weekends - Able to communicate in English - Trade certificate or diploma Start Date: As soon As Possible If you meet all of the requirements, please send your resume by e-mail osushiinformation@gmail.com Selected candidate will be contacted.
