JOB POSTING- Cook (NOC 63200) Company operating name: White Bear Hotel Business address: 1 Main St, White Bear, SK, S0L 3L0 Operating in: White Bear, Saskatchewan Title of position: Cook Number of Positions: One (1) Job Duties • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. • Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, for special guests and functions. • Clean kitchen and work area • Requisition food and supplies Terms of employment: Full Time. 2-years to permanent. Varied work schedule. minimum 30 hours per week Language: Must be able to speak, read & write basic English Wage: $16.00/hr. Overtime paid above 40 hours per week at a rate of $ 24.00. Work location information: 1 Main St, White Bear, SK, S0L 3L0, Work conditions: Fast paced environment, working under pressure, repetitive tasks, overtime may be required Skills/Requirements -Completion of secondary school is an asset - Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks OR completion of college OR other program in cooking OR food safety or several years of commercial cooking experience required -Effective interpersonal skills, -Team player -Client focus -Reliability
