Job Description
Regional Sewer & Watermain Ltd. located in Cambridge, Ontario is looking for full-time Concrete Masons with a minimum of 2 years experience. Must have experience casting concrete manholes covers; moving crane to position steel mold sections on pallet, insert mold core and pouring plate; mold sections together; grout weld, dry pack and shim precast components; mix, pour and spread concrete; filling hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement; operating power vibrators to compact concrete; leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools; installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures; applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces; waterproofing, damp proofing and restoring surfaces; repairing, resurfacing and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures. $41.30 per hour (as per collective agreement).
