Building maintenance worker Salary: $36.00/ hour Vacancies: 2 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time Full-time: 30 to 40 hours/ week Start date: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend Employer: Tamara Copeman OCD Janitorial Business Address and Job location: 219 St Pauls bay Rd , Bx 696 Red Lake, ON P0V 2M0 Job Requirements: Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On the road: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Supervise other workers Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure Handling heavy loads How to apply: By email: tcopeman13@gmail.com
