BEST HVAC SOLUTIONS LTD. is looking to hire 2 Duct Installers. Wage Rate: 38.40 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week, Permanent employment and Full time Business Address: 13028 Huntley Ave, Surrey, BC V3V 1T9, Canada Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Tasks Professionalism in customer service Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Repair and service interior prefabricated products Determine layout and installation procedures Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment Utilize hand and power tools Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms Install air ducts for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Measure, cut, and assemble sheet metal or flexible ducts. Fit and connect ducts to furnaces, air conditioners, or vents. Seal joints using tape, mastic, or sealants to prevent air leaks. Check that airflow is working properly after installation. Repair or replace damaged or old ductwork. Follow safety rules and building codes. Work with team members on installation projects.
