Job Description
Pangaea Enterprises Inc. dba Kawakubo Japanese Restaurant is seeking F/T Kitchen Helpers. Position: Kitchen Helper Number of Positions: 2 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Job requirements: Training will be provided. Ability to work under pressure in a busy work environment and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with team members. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma Language Requirements: English Start date: ASAP Wage: $17.85 to $20.00/hour (depending on experience) Benefits: - 4% vacation pay, Paramedical services coverage, Tip, Staff meal Hours: 30 to 40hours per week Job Duties: - Mopping and sweeping the kitchen - Taking out the garbage and replacing garbage bags - Washing, drying, and putting away all dishes and kitchen utensils - Unloading food supplies from delivery trucks - Helping cooks prepare for meals by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients - Packing takeout orders for customers - Clearing and cleaning takes for waitstaff when necessary - Refilling condiments or other supplies at tables Work Location: 109 First Street East, Revelstoke, British Columbia, BC, V0E 2S0 Company information: Pangaea Enterprises Inc.
