Description Job Title: Retail Store Manager Position Type: Full Time, Permanent (Day, Weekend) Business Type: Convenience store Business Operating Name: Far North Convenience Canada Inc. (Circle K) Job Location: 1230 Wellington Street E Sault Ste Marie, ON P6A 2P4 Number of Position: 1 Required qualification: • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years • 7 Months to Less than 1 year of experience is required. • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Able to work in Day and weekends in fast paced environment. • Experience in inventory control and dealing with vendors. • Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions. • Attention to detail in all areas of work. Job responsibilities: • Managing the customer service functions, including cash, cashiers, and merchandising. • Manage inventory processes including ordering, receiving, stock organization, and shrink prevention • Manage visual standards to ensure the store remains clean, attractive, and on brand • Manage customer service by resolving escalated concerns and modeling positive interactions • Manage operational compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures • Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff to maintain proper coverage and productivity • Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and meet targets • Maintain inventory levels by managing stock, conducting counts, and preventing loss • Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed and displays are well maintained • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines • Compensation: Wage $35.00 per hour Start Date: ASAP Work Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week, day shift and weekends may require.
