Job Description
Mauve Hair & Beauty Ltd. offers hair styling and hair dressing services by experienced professional hairstylists and high-quality customer service in a relaxing atmosphere. We have 2 locations in BC. The main branch in Richmond was established in 2013, and Burnaby branch was established in 2022. As business is expanding, Richmond branch is operating 7 days per week from 10am -6pm. For more smooth operation management and continual growth, we need to hire one full time Salon Manager for Richmond branch. Responsibilities • Oversee daily salon operations and appointment scheduling • Promote services, products and discounts on social media • Hire and train hairstylists and beauticians as needed • Keep stock record and order hair & beauty products • Set up and maintain staff records, including salaries and working schedules • Receive payments from clients and track all transactions • Keep updated records of costs and revenues • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Enforce hygiene practices and control tidiness of the premises Qualification • College diploma or vocational certificate in hair and beauty major • Min. 5 years work experience in commercial hair salon • Knowledge of various hair styles, hair care products and related procedures • Great organizational and management skills • Ability to work under pressure Work Location: Richmond Branch - 8033 Saba Rd #120, Richmond, BC V6Y 4M8 Salary, working hours • Wage: $37.75/hour • Working Hours: 30 hours/week • Term: Permanent and Full Time • Benefit: Extended Medical Group Insurance include dental after 3months of employment Contact Please send your resume to: mauvehairhr@gmail.com Or mail to Mauve Hair & Beauty Ltd. 8033 Saba Rd #120, Richmond, BC V6Y 4M8 No phone calls please.
