Woo Korean BBQ House in Surrey, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team. Job Position: Restaurant Manager Job Type: Permanent Positions Available: 1 Hourly Wage: C$36.60 ~C$37.00 Working Hours: 30 hours per week Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year Address & Work Location: #110-16070 24 Ave., Surrey, BC V3Z 0R5 Job Duties: • Oversee daily shift operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits • Implement company policies and operational procedures • Supervise, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork • Recruit, schedule, and evaluate staff • Track and monitor workflow and staff performance • Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and reduce waste • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Analyze budget and monitor sales performance, revenues and expenses • Address any customer complaints and feedback professionally • Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations Qualifications: - Education: Completion of secondary school - Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role - Additional Certificate: Serving-it-Right certificate - Language: English - Personal Suitability: Leadership, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized How to Apply: - Email: woobbqhouse@gmail.com (Please send us your resume by email with ‘Restaurant Manager’ on the subject line.)
