Sakai Landscape & Design Ltd. is seeking a full-time Landscaping Supervisor. Position: Landscaping Supervisor (NOC 82031) Number of Positions: 1 Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent Educational Requirements: - Completion of secondary school Job requirements: - Minimum 3 years of work experience in landscaping Language Requirements: English Start date: ASAP Wage: $37.00/hour Hours: 30-40 hours per week Benefits: - 4% vacation pay Job Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscapers and helpers who maintain gardens and other landscaped areas - Organize the planning and maintenance of gardens and other landscaping work and assign duties to workers - Plan, estimate, and maintain materials and labour requirements - Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities - Resolve issues and report progress to clients - Train workers in job duties and safety procedures - Assist in hiring workers and managing operations of the company - Perform the same duties as landscapers such as pruning, trimming, paving stone installation, building waterfalls, retaining walls, garden fences and patios, maintaining lawns, etc. Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, physically demanding, working at heights Work Location: Various locations Work Site Environment: Outdoors Company information: Sakai Landscape & Design Ltd. 309-2437 Welcher Ave, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, V3C 1X8 How to apply: Send your resume and cover letter by email to: hr.sakailandscape.design@outlook.com Note: - If you don't meet qualifications exactly but believe you have the required skills, please submit your résumé for consideration. - Please confirm in your resume or cover letter that you are legally authorized to work in Canada.
