Company Operating Name: Ban Bu Xian Szechuan Cuisine Address: 8171 Alexandra Rd, Unit 105, Richmond, BC V6X 1C3 Job Position Title: Cook (NOC 63200) Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week Wage: $20-$22/Hour Location: Richmond, BC Language of Work: English Vacancy: 2 Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties will include but are not limited to: – Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods – Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances – Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef – Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies – Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food – Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment – Clean kitchen and work areas Requirements: – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate – 1 year to 2 years of work experience as a cook – Cuisine specialties: Szechuan Contact: thatyearchina@gmail.com
