Job Description

Rainforces Ltd is seeking two Construction Site Supervisors. As a construction site supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of various tradespersons, installers, repairers, and servicers. Key Job Duties: • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers engaged in bricklaying, roofing, cement finishing, tilesetting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, insulating and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other subcontractors • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Requisition materials and supplies • Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies • Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions • Prepare work progress reports Work Setting: Construction/Residential/Commercial Requirements: -Ability to communicate in English -Completion of secondary/high school -7 months or less than 1 year work experience Personal suitability: -Organized -Reliability -Team player Number of Vacances: 2 Wage: 38.46 h Hours of Work: 40h/week Permanent/Full-Time Employment If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team as a construction site supervisor, please submit your resume to mehriddin@rainforces.ca.
