Job Description
Rainforces Ltd. is seeking three construction trade helpers to join our team. As a construction trade helper, you will assist skilled tradespersons and perform labouring activities at construction sites. Key Job Duties: • Load, unload, and transport construction materials • Assist skilled tradespersons such as carpenters, bricklayers, and other construction workers • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and mortar • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs • Clean and pile salvaged materials • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites • Operate basic hand and power tools • Direct traffic at or near construction sites as required • Follow workplace safety procedures and regulations Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: • Physically demanding • Handling heavy loads • Repetitive tasks • Standing for extended periods • Bending, crouching, kneeling • Working outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements: -Ability to communicate in English -No formail education required -1-7 months of experience -On-the-job training will be provided Wage: $30/h Hours of Work: 40h/week Full-time/Permanent Employment Number of Vacances: 3 If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team as a Construction trades helper, please submit your resume to mehriddin@rainforces.ca.
