KLOTH STUDIO INC. Position: Account Manager -Sales The Kloth Studio Inc. is seeking a qualified Account Manager-Sales to join our team. Location of work: 68 Tycos Drive, North York, ON, M6B 1V9 Remote work availability: No Salary: CAD $60.00 /Per hour Minimum 30 hours per week Number of Positions – 1 Reports to: Director Benefits: 4% RRSP and health care, Vision care, dental plan and welfare benefits, Life Insurance Job duties and responsibilities not limited to: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives. • Plan, direct and evaluate the sales department's activities to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Establish and Implementing sales operations facilitates the management and coordination of sales initiatives within the designated geographic area. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities within the airline industry. • Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the coordination of efforts with various internal departments and divisions • Ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained with our clients by keeping them informed of any new developments, uniforms, and all available services as they relate to their business needs to maximize revenue and profitability. • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of all client issues, and recommend improvements to sales-related policies and procedures to continuously enhance service delivery. • Establish, support and follow up on company policy and process at sales. • Assist negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring terms and agreements are favorable to company. • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to director, Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), opportunities, and challenges within the region. • Recruit, train and mentor sales team members within the region, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster their professional growth and success. • work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field. • Meets regularly with client representatives for status updates; addresses any actual or potential problems; assists line management in negotiation of client contract; provides support during client start-up; supports security planning, assessments and surveys; reviews and updates post orders. • Provide process improvement recommendations to enhance overall business operations and strengthen client relationships. • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend actions to improve sales. • Follow up consistently to ensure timely collection of client payments. • Lead sales meetings, briefings, and client presentations in collaboration with the account management team. Skill requirements for the position (including education and work experience): • Completion of a bachelor's degree or college diploma in business or in a related field with a specialization in sales is required • At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in sales or a related occupation are required • Demonstrated patience, tact and diplomacy while leading a diverse team of industry professionals. • Ability to multi-task, remain cool and keep up in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent, interpersonal and communication experience, verbal, written and administrative skills.
