Job Description
- On site - 36.80 hourly - 30 to 35 hours per week - Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day - 2 vacancies Languages - English Education - College/CEGEP Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting - Relocation costs not covered by employer Responsibilities/ Tasks - Assemble mechanical equipment - Assemble stationary industrial machinery - Coach and instruct apprentices - Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions - Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements - Repair or replace defective machinery parts - Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up - Estimate costs and materials - Perform routine maintenance work on machinery - Operate machining tools to fabricate parts - Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) - Installing machinery and equipment Additional information / Work conditions and physical capabilities - Physically demanding - Attention to detail - Standing for extended periods - Work under pressure Personal suitability - Excellent oral communication - Excellent written communication - Team player Benefits - Health benefits - Health care plan Who can apply for this job?
