Job Description: Position: Drywall Installer Salary: $36.00 /hour Vacancies: 3 Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time: 35-40 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Day Employer: Summit Wall Solutions Ltd Business Address: 9256 222 Street NW Edmonton, AB T5T 7P1 Job Requirements: Languages: English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 3 years to less than 5 years On the road Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. Work setting: Various locations Tasks Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster Fill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trim Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry Tape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compound Install corner beads and wire mesh around beams to which plaster is to be applied Work conditions and physical capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination Handling heavy loads How to apply: By email: rodrigogadelhademelo@icloud.com
