Title: Restaurant Manager Vacancies: 1 Job start date: As soon as possible Wage: $36.00/ Hour Hours: 30 to 35 hours per Week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Employer: Dosa Guru Business and Job location: 2920 Calgary Trail NW, Suite 104, Edmonton, AB, T6J 2G8 Languages: - English Education: - Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: - 1 year to less than 2 years On site: - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Tasks: - Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits - Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies - Evaluate daily operations - Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget - Monitor revenues to determine labour cost - Monitor staff performance - Plan and organize daily operations - Set staff work schedules - Supervise staff - Train staff - Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures - Conduct performance reviews - Organize and maintain inventory - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies - Address customers' complaints or concerns Supervision: - 5-10 people Additional information: Work conditions and physical capabilities: - Attention to detail Personal suitability: - Client focus - Organized - Reliability - Team player How to apply: By email: dosagurusouth.ca@gmail.com By mail: 2920 Calgary Trail NW Suite 104 Edmonton, AB T6J 2G8
