Company: Ying Qin Professional Corporation Position: Senior Bookkeeper Employment Type: Full-Time (Minimum 30 hours per week) Hourly Rate: $36.00 Location: 34-15 Northtown Way, North York, Ontario M2N 7A2 Position Overview Ying Qin Professional Corporation is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. This role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to work with a growing accounting practice serving diverse clients. Key Responsibilities • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping • Maintain and operate general ledger entries using accounting software • Record and process financial transactions • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts • Prepare financial statements for clients • Calculate and prepare payroll, T4 and ROE report • Prepare and submit HST report • Prepare and submit individual and corporate tax returns • Assist with audit preparation • Train and mentor junior bookkeeping staff • Support client bookkeeping needs and respond to inquiries Required Qualifications • Completion of a college diploma in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or related field • Minimum 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, TaxPrep, etc.) • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications • Strong knowledge of Canadian tax regulations and accounting principles • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication abilities in English • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities What We Offer • Competitive hourly rate of $36.00 • Full-time position with stable hours • Opportunity for professional development and growth • Collaborative and supportive work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and qualifications to Info@joykotax.com.
