Duties include; creating innovative menus combining Italian cuisine with molecular gastronomy techniques; preparing, cooking, and plating dishes with precision and artistic presentation, maintaining high standards of food quality; apply advanced cooking methods such as spherification, foams, sous-vide, and liquid nitrogen to elevate textures, flavors, and presentations; research and develop new concepts that merge Italian heritage with global flavors and scientific innovation; curate seasonal ingredient selections, emphasizing freshness, sustainability, and bold creativity. $36.00 per hour.
