Business Address: 3780 14th Ave, Suite 105, Markham, Ontario L3R 4B7 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Position Title: Sales and Marketing Manager (NOC 10022) Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, 30-40 hours per week Wage: $56/Hour Location: Markham, ON Language of Work: English Vacancy: 1 JOB DUTIES – Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services. – Establish and maintain effective distribution networks to reach target markets efficiently. – Conduct and analyze market research to support strategic business decisions and identify new market opportunities. – Assist in product development by aligning market trends with customer needs and business goals. – Oversee the design and execution of advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives. – Plan and control departmental budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment. – Recruit, train, direct, and motivate marketing and sales staff to meet organizational goals. – Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities and personnel, adjusting plans as necessary to improve results. – Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand identity. REQUIREMENT – A college diploma in business administration or a related field with a specialization in sales or marketing is required. – 3–5 years of experience as a sales or marketing professional, or in a related occupation, is required.
