Job Description and Duties: • Maneuvering the machine, using attachments like buckets, grapples, or augers, and performing tasks efficiently and safely. • Using the skid steer to dig holes, trenches, or excavate areas for various construction needs. • Loading materials into dump trucks, stockpiling materials, and unloading materials from trailers or trucks. • Using the skid steer to move dirt, gravel, rocks, and other materials across the site. • Performing daily safety checks, cleaning the machine, lubricating parts, and refilling fluids. • Repairing concrete cracks by injecting them with epoxy or polyurethane. Skills and Qualifications: • Prior experience is required. • Knowledge of safety protocols: Understanding and adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. • Ability to follow instructions: Accurately following drawings, designs, and • supervisor instructions. • Physical stamina: Being able to operate heavy machinery and work in a • physically demanding environment. • Teamwork and communication skills: Working effectively with supervisors and • other construction professionals. • Mechanical aptitude: Understanding basic mechanical functions and being able • to identify potential problems with the excavator. • Knowledge of concrete, crack repair methods, and the use of crack injection • equipment. • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
