Title: Truck Driver (NOC: 73300) Employer: Oil City Ready Mix Ltd. Employer Business Address: 507 15 Avenue, Nisku, AB, T9E7M6 Salary: $65,520 annually / 35 hours per week Vacancies: 3 positions Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Job requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: Will Train On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks: • Load and unload goods. • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials. • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment. • Perform brake adjustments. • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle. • Receive and relay information to central dispatch. • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption. • Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo.
