Job Title – Long haul truck driver Employer –Shark Group of Companies Business Address - 7717 84 Street SE Calgary, AB T2C 4Y1 Salary: $36/ hour Vacancies: 2 Vacancies Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 35 to 50 hours / week Start date: As soon as possible Job requirements Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience Experience an asset Tasks Load and unload goods Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses Air Brake (Z) Endorsement Driver's License (Class 1 or A) How to apply By email recruitment@sharkgroup.ca Who can apply for this job?
