Job Description: Machinist Salary: $72,000/ year Vacancies: 1 Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full-time Full-time: 35 to 40 hours/ week Start date: As soon as possible Employment conditions: Day Employer: NTD Machine Ltd Business Address and Job location: 3836 53 Avenue NW Edmonton, AB T6B 3N7 Job Requirements: Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Tasks: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly Repair machine tools and parts Set up and adjust production machineries/tools Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance Maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers) Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods Attention to detail How to apply: By email ntdmachine2021@gmail.com
