Restaurant Manager Posted by Subway Sandwiches Job details • Location : 1515 Rebecca St, Oakville, ON, L6L 5G8 • Salary : C $ 35.10 hourly / 30 hours per Week • Terms of Employment : Permanent Employment, Full time • Starts as soon as possible • Benefits: Other benefits • Vacancies : 1 Vacancy Languages : English Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience : 7 months to less than 1 year On site : Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies • Evaluate daily operations • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost • Monitor staff performance • Plan and organize daily operations • Recruit staff • Set staff work schedules • Train staff • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms • Provide customer service Other benefits : Learning/training paid by employer Who can apply for this job?
